Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and [legal name of your business, e.g. Future Pharmacy Academy LLC] ("we"). You accept them by checking the agreement box and creating an account. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service is

Future Pharmacy Academy provides practice questions, explanations and score tracking to help people study for pharmacy equivalency exams. FPGEE® is a registered trademark of the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP). Future Pharmacy Academy is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by NABP. Practice questions are study aids written from standard pharmacy references. They are not actual exam questions and are not professional, medical or legal advice.

3. Educational use only

The content is for exam study only. It is not medical, clinical, pharmaceutical, legal or professional advice, and you must not use it to make decisions about patient care. Drug information, guidelines and laws change; always check current official sources.

4. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam or achieve any score. Practice scores do not predict official exam scores.

5. Accuracy

We work to keep content accurate, but it may contain errors or become outdated. Report problems to support@example.com and we will review them.

6. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your password private. One account is for one person. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

7. Subscriptions, renewal and refunds

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Account page; access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds: [state your policy, for example "full refund if requested within 7 days of your first payment"]. Payments are processed by Stripe.

8. Our content and acceptable use

All questions, explanations and site materials belong to us. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, share, scrape, record, sell or republish them, share your login, or use automated tools to access the service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover our losses and costs from claims caused by your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms.

12. Disputes

13. Changes
